1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Certain items such as personal care products, skincare, earrings, and final sale items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped.

  • If you need an exchange, please contact us before sending the product back.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After processing, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
